Ukrainian Women's Association, Lidcombe (Olha Basarab)

Our branch was founded in 1970. Since that time we have continued to seek to unite Ukrainian women with a common heritage, support the Ukrainian–Australian community, educate the broader Australian community on Ukrainian issues and actively engage with contemporary issues and projects in Ukraine.

We have always had a particularly strong focus on supporting Ukrainian veterans and their families, and since the full-scale russian invasion in February 2022, our fundraising and support for our defenders has become even more crucial.
